Bonita was not honest. What she did treat MDI people who was so suffer through. She isn’t very professional and not do her job. If she know better to do something to be responsible for MDI and treat them well. But she was not! She and her rest family were too greedy and advantage MDI people’s money! ! Next time Don’t go there for MDI again. God knew everything there was happen at MDI in Las Vegas. I do believe God knew who is Bonita and her family. They can’t hide their heart and have to face to God. No kidding with God!

The tribe spoke!!   More of like the truth finally got exposed.Yes, I am baffled to comprehend how dare MDI said they were good.I’m very appreciative of BDyslin’s experiences, comments and clarification as to what the nat’l and international pageants would do as compared to MDI.The crooked will get it back for what they started.

AND… Bonita just unconsciously told the truth– she said that food cost for contestants and staff was almost $8,000 for 10 days.  I’m sorry, but that is NOT enough.   There were 28 contestants.  Affordable means should be $10 breakfast, $15 lunch and $20 dinner = $45 x 10 days = $450 x 28 contestants = $12,600.   ALMOST $8,000 for food is NOT suffice for 10 days for 28 contestants  and staff.  Thanks, Bonita.  You just slipped the truth.

We need to pray for one of the MDI helpers who is in ICU at this point and has not awake for 5 days now since the heart attack and something else prior to this. 
I met her husband and family last Sunday and will be closely checking with them frequently.  I told them not to give up the hope and would speak out on their behalf since they are upsetting the fact that this helper is
in critical condition and not much of changing with her condition.

It concerns me.  I am appalled by what I got several sources that
witnessed the incidents to this helper as well as others in Orlando.  It
is advisable for MDI to take the responsibility by getting their
liability insurance to cover the medical expenses to this helper,
despite of this helper’s willingness to do more than what she should
have.  She did this because of not enough staff and/or volunteers that was told by the upper person.  The upper person knew this helper would easily to accept and do what it is needed to be done.  There was shortage of volunteers.  While I was on the MDI team, I already warned the upper person to announce the available positions and volunteerism prior to the pageant event in Orlando.  This upper person didn’t want to have too many people.  I was baffled by this.  But now I see the MDI posted the need of volunteers in the website.  It wasn’t there before.  Anyway, I
asked the helper’s husband if MDI would help to pay the partial cost of medical
and hospital expenses.  He said there wasn’t being offered or said.  I
told him that MDI should have the liability insurance if something happens to
any staff or committee during the time of the event.  I cannot
comprehend why MDI called this husband to come and pick her up when they
should have called 911 when this helper was lying on the bed
with helpless and pale.  If I was there and saw this, I would do it
because of the sake of her life regardless if she would think she didn’t need one.  This husband and his brother had to
drive long trip to Orlando and pick her up to bring her home.  Then they
took her to ER the next morning.  It doesn’t make sense.  I am saying
and doing this because this husband is helpless and hurting by seeing
his wife in ICU.  This morning I spoke with the husband to see how his wife was.  There is not much changing in her condition.  The doctors are continuing to test on her.  This is not great news.  On one note it got my attention is that she stayed up all night and slept all day because of helping with the pageant.  Her body was throwing off from what she had her sleeping habit.  So that tells me the upper person would push or force the staffs or volunteers to do this and that (like “on the go” all the time).  This is mismanagement of how this upper person handling.  So this needs to put a stop.By the way, I received several calls and emails that they wished me to be there in Orlando on that week during the pageant activities in Orlando.  Later, I asked them why they are asking me.  They told me that there were several incidents and lack of preparation and organization.  They asked me why I was no longer as a director of MDI.  I told them it was me who resigned the position due to unethical reason and others that I felt it was inappropriate and lack of professionalism inside the MDI.  They wish that I could take over, but I told them that it was the CEO’s dream of having this pageant organization and everything started with hers, not mine.  There is no one above her.  I know that there were two upper people on the MDI team who truly felt for me in the last days of tension prior to my resignation last March.  One of them that I hope would be the key player to impact on upper persons on my behalf.  This person knew me meant well.  I don’t like of having people on the MDI team to become bitterness and jealousy among each other.  This shouldn’t be.  If it was me in the highest position, I would have change the whole thing and get different people, except a few from MDI, on the team for improvement and betterment.  I wish the MDI good luck and hope to resolve all of the legal issues and others before dragging this too long.At this conclusion, the replacements among the MDI team are advisable and recommended.  There are too much damages already and some people out there are either furious or hate the upper persons.Right now, all I am thinking of this helper, her husband and their families.  Eventually I will be visiting with them again when this helper is awake and alert.  There is not much we can do except waiting.  Sigh.
