HI This is Duane Pritt from Weston, WV and I have been experiences about ADA discrimation by Law Enforcement agencies in WV also in my hometown Weston, City police officers and Sheriff Deputies knew me that I am deaf and speak asl and they often failed followed the ADA law when indicents occured in 20 yrs by different times ..  I still frustrating with Law Enforcement agencies and Hospital and dentist and dr offices, they often ingored the ADA Law ..  They need face serious consequences like supensed without pay or termation them ..   They knew ADA for 20 yrs and They always look for pathetic excuses .. that’s not acceptable excuses and no expection !!  They need learn to follow the law like everyone elses ..
