Please VOTE HR3101. We want this pass the law. Suppose you, Representative, have a special needs child/loved one, will you do anything for him/her? Or suppose, you yourself, Representative, find your hearing loss, what will you do if there is no captions on television or YouTube? Of course, you WILL FIGHT, too. So let’s DO IT NOW!
